About Me
With over 20 years of experience as a Finance Director, I’ve had the privilege of working with companies of all sizes — from owner-managed businesses to FTSE-listed giants. This experience has given me a unique combination of hands-on financial leadership and strategic insight.
Over the past decade, I’ve helped businesses take control of their financial health by re-assessing their business plans, implementing tight budget and cash management controls, and securing new sources of funding. My focus is on creating long-term, sustainable growth through precise financial strategies and effective resource allocation.
I specialise in preparing start-ups for rapid growth by clarifying their strategic direction, raising the necessary investment to support this journey, and navigating a successful exit.
In 2012, I was honoured to be named Young Finance Director of the Year (Quoted Sector) at the ICAEW FD Excellence Awards, an acknowledgment of my ability to drive results and lead with integrity.
